If you want to book, you can telephone and make a provisional booking.

A telephone call is best as we can confirm that the week(s) that you want are available.
You can leave a message if there is no reply, or no-one in who can help.
Alternatively you can send us an e-mail.

Once we have confirmed that the week is available it will be provisionally assigned to you for seven days.
A provisional booking normally needs to be confirmed by sending the deposit stated (one third) to arrive within one week, and the balance two months in advance.

Could please complete and print out the attached Booking Form and send it together with the deposit so the booking can be confirmed. We may at some stage be able to receive the form electronically, but this only helps a little as you still need to send the payment.

We can send you a brochure and booking form in the post if you would prefer.
You will find this includes no more information than this site, but you can request it if you do not normally have web access.

 
     
 

Here are some details on booking conditions and methods of payment for letting "Torestin".
Apart from the Christmas and New Year period, we normally only let for complete weeks.

Charges include the supply of :-
Pillows, duvets, all crockery, cutlery appliances etc in kitchen for 6 people.

Bed linen, towels and tea cloths, toilet rolls etc are not included.

Whilst we do employ a cleaner we would expect you to leave it as you would wish to find it.

We do sometimes allow well behaved small pets with agreement. If you come after someone who has had an animal, you would not like to find anything broken, any hairs, smell or mess of any kind.
It is your responsibility to get it fully up to this standard before you leave.
If you cannot guarantee to do this, your pet is not welcome.

Electricity is provided using a £1 slot meter. Please leave about as much credit as there is when you arrive.
We try to cover costs, but not make a profit on electricity.

Methods of Payment:
Payment will be accepted by either personal cheque, travelers cheque/s (Sterling),
bankers draft or international money order, or if you are local to us and prefer - cash.

Cancellations:
The deposit is non refundable.
If we are able to re-let your booked period we will refund the balance in full.
We advise that you take out reputable travel insurance to cover you for any unforeseen events resulting in the requirement to cancel your booking.
